For mothers experiencing prenatal and postnatal depression. Support is offered to mothers at free weekly group therapy sessions.
NHS Talking Therapies in Surrey
Free, confidential counselling and cognitive behavioural therapy in Surrey for over 17s.
Centre for Psychology
Free NHS Psychological counselling sessions, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for anxiety, depression, panic attacks and obsessive compulsive disorder. Open 24hrs at weekends.
DHC Talking Therapies
Free counselling sessions for 17+ who are registered with a GP in Surrey. They offer physical and mental health counselling, including phobias, single episode trauma, sleep difficulties, health conditions, such as diabetes and physical pain.
CAMHS / SALT/ OT
Mental health services up to the age of 18. Speech and Language Therapy and Occupational Therapy services can all be accessed through the same ‘one stop’ website.

Provides a safe place for children and young people aged 10-18 where they can talk about their worries and mental health. They hold workshops discussing different mental health subjects, including addiction, mental health, anger management and relationships.
East Surrey Crisis Line
Advice and guidance on mental health, drug and alcohol abuse including the Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders Clinic.

Children can register for an online account on the Childline website. Children can have a 1-2-1 counsellor chat online and join other people on the message board. Up to 19yrs.

The Hive
Is nestled behind the trees along Park Barn Drive, just by Kings College School. The centre is an accessible space and open to everyone of all ages. The space celebrates bringing people together and providing our communities with somewhere to get together, enjoy and be inspired.
