Family advice sessions

All families face difficulties at some point in life and knowing where to turn can be hard to navigate.

We offer parents and carers a 30 minute telephone or online call with a Family Support Worker to discuss the issues you are facing and offer advice, support and signposting.

These can be on any topic, however it’s often around additional needs, children’s behaviours or parental relationships..

Call 01483 510570 to book a session.

We offer two programmes to help parents and carers deal with the challenges of family life and create a calmer, happier environment. The Parenting Puzzle and the Nurturing Programme are tried and tested support programmes to help us think about what we do, why we do it and how it makes us feel.

The Parenting Puzzle programme is a 4-week online or face-to-face course. You can read more details here.

Before starting the Parenting Puzzle, we ask you to watch some foundation videos with top parenting tips. You can view those here.
